Vincent Ayobami Olukoya is the Creative Director of House of Roshe Global Limited, a premium men’s fashion brand, and proudly serves as the Provost of the Fashion Entrepreneurs Business Academy (FEBA), a fast-growing online academy with over 280 students across 8 countries.

Through FEBA, Vincent is on a mission to empower fashion designers with the tools, mindset, and structure they need to grow scalable, profitable fashion businesses. A Fate Foundation & Facebook Nigeria Scholar and UNIDO grant recipient, Vincent has been recognized for his impact in the fashion industry. He has worked with organizations such as UN Women, ILO, WHO, and the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) to train and support over 3,000 fashion entrepreneurs. His leadership extends beyond the classroom.

He organized Akure’s first Fashion Summit, facilitated a Free Adire & Batik Design Training for women in 2024, and has hosted eight successful editions of the Style Mentors Hub. Vincent’s work and voice have been featured in several national publications, positioning him as a trailblazer in fashion entrepreneurship and education
